Ive never said i didnt put points in it and ive never said i dont use it against healers. I just said i will think twice doubling it up when most figts are over after the first double up. And even if the fight lasts longer, its up every 8 seconds so the healer will be buffless so fast its not even funny. Fighting a healer i have all time in the world cause he isnt doing a single point of dmg untill i run out of power. So go back and kill people they way you like but dont come to me and tell me how to play noobshit.

a good PvP healer will have both barbed adornments and some power proc gear (and another thorns buff if they're a druid, and possibly ANOTHER thorns buff if they're solo and using a potion)... i.e. they ARE doing damage to you, every single time you hit them... and this is the primary way that a good warden will beat a good rogue, for instance. they throw our more heals/sec than you can DPS, and just let you tear yourself apart on their thorns

so you either use mental breach and hope you can completely drain him before YOU die from thorns, or you use vitality breach and the fight goes for 3+ minutes and you still might lose

if you arent stripping HoT's from druids and reactives/buffs from clerics EVERY CHANCE YOU GET you're an idiot... you will sit there ineffectively beating on them through their heals instead of simply stripping them off

How exactly would you know anything about pvp become being that you yourself admited you hate it and pretty much do not participate in it?
