lol, less than 2k kills? I have more kills than you on two of my toons, not counting numerous others that I have several hundred on.

Zacii you've played a lot more, and probably play more hours in a day. Only a novice could think kill counts amount to anything more than just time. Do you want to brag about your post counts too?

I've got 2 years in EQ1 PvP, 3 years in Dark Age of Camelot PvP, and now roughly a year, or more in EQ2 PvP. If you think EQ2 PvP is anything worth bragging about, try out DAoC, and you'll laugh at how easy EQ2 PvP is.

Have you ever been in a 300+ on 300+ fight? It will open your eyes to skill required to survive, and still be crucial to the raid, or fight.

I played DaoC, thanks. I play about 2 days total out of 2 weeks than to college, btw. I personally did not like DaoC, I do not think that having hundreds of other people to save you shows much skill on your part, skill is shown through smaller pvp, 24v24 some, 6v6 more, 2v2 and 1v1 imho is where true skill shines through. In large scale pvp, it is more class based, the less people the more you need to rely on individual skill as well as class abilitiesl to succeed.

Back when I still had my PvP wizard I would get this problem semi-frequently. I'd be engaged in combat with someone five feet from my nose, hit a spell, and have it return a can't see target message when the enemy was within melee range and there wasn't a single obstacle within 50m of me. No idea what caused it.

PS, ITT Zacii's kind of a fag.

Right, because us scouts preying on people in the yellow who're fighting a mob, and evacing from odds not in our favor is skill. No, go out and solo as a Guardian, as I have, and get back to me on that skill part Zacii, the Brigand.

How often did this happen to you, and where?

for the line of sight issues all i can say is deal with it.. has been around since the beginning of pvp. any small hill or bump can mess up your line of sight. It happens a lot more on my ranger than on my brig but it still happens, and i know people in vent complaining about it when they try to cast on people.

It's been happening a lot more in PVE since the amazing shot nerf. The 'not so amazing' shot has to now have line of site. I think they messed something up when they did that. Rangers in PVE often laugh because they could pull a hair out from a mob they are standing that close to it, yet, for the love of God, we cannot SHOOT the dang thing with our bows.

I was told that the dev response is 'line of site means you can see the mobs toes'. So, if you have the teeeniest little bump and you are 5 feet away, if the game percieves you can't see the mobs toes, you aren't shooting anything with your bow.
