We've just re-opened the Test PvP server for everyone to create characters on.
To preemptively answer a few questions I know that will come up here is some info.
Character copies from live to Test PvP are not currently turned on, but they will be returning either by the end of this week or early next week.
Character copies from Live servers will only be to Test PvP, not to Test and not off of Test PvP nor Test.
Test players should be able to make a copy to Test PvP if they'd like to try out the PvP changes.
Currently we have no plans to add buff bots to Test PvP.
All previous characters that were copied to Test PvP have been wiped.
There may be a whip of all characters in the future of Test PvP but we don't have a planned date for this.
Characters created on Test PvP count towards your total allowed characters in the Test environment along with any characters you have on Test.
Test PvP is currently running the same version of EQII as the Test server, but under the PvP Ruleset.
