The fear buff is broken, fyi. I'd guess less than 1% of the pvp population knows this, so i'll let the cat out of the bag. The fear proc does NOT cause you to have pvp fear immunity. So you can and will be feared EVERY time it procs. If you are an AOE class like a warlock, this pretty much guarantees that you will be feared for 10 seconds after every other ae you cast on a group that has the buff.

Re-stated, if you hit someone with the buff and get feared, it's likely that you will run around for 10 seconds, and when you re-engage, you will get immediately feared again for another 10 seconds, repeat. If you take damage and the fear breaks early, you can STILL be immediately feared again. The buff is severely OP but hasn't seen widespread use yet, which is why you don't hear THAT many people talking about it.

wow its exactly like the fear pvp jewelry piece! Maybe theyll fix it at some point!

These fear procs are insanely overpowered on healers. My god it's bad enough you have a small window of opportunity to burn them down before the regens and heals start ticking. Now if you get feared, you're fucked.

But, of course this is a Freeport ability so you don't see the usual Freeport whining ass bastards crying about everything Qeynos might have.. Kruhl, Milambers, Ajjantis, Dracot, et ceter, et cetera.

Wait until more Qeynosian healers get these PvP fear procs, the shit will hit the fan!

STFU and learn to read. I've always been i favour of removing this shit from PvP, even though I've only encountered it a grand total of twice.

I've encountered it twice tonight, on a lower populated server. Wish you could cancel low damaging DoTs once you realize the person has this.
