what pvp server to join?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering what thoughts you guys could give me concerning my choice of pvp server? are any of them younger than the others and would thus have a lower lvl player base? are any of them notorious for lag issues or other problems? are any of them famous for having the toughest pvp and the best pvp guilds?

things like this are what i would like to know about, so please spare no detail and leme know your thoughts about the pvp servers. thanks!

Nagafen is the only choice.

If you want to raid: Nagafen
If you want non-stop PvP: Nagafen
If you want plenty of PvP, but also the oportunity to do some quests solo: Venekor
If you want to Roleplay (ugh): Venekor
If you want leet-kiddies galore: Nagafen
If you want raid vs raid PvP: Nagafen
If you want mostly group vs group: Venekor
If you want to solo PvP: Venekor

All the remaining PvP servers are the same age and have a large level 80 population. Nagafen is (in)famous for having the large guilds and (apparently) the best PvPers. Its also the only PvP server which people seem to complain about lag. Ive seen several people call it Lagafen.

Personally I love the player-base on Venekor and it'd be damn near impossible for me to leave at this point. Like I said above, if your focus is PvP, PvP and more PvP, then Nagafen is your server. If you want to be able to do those quests on the docks to get to 80 though... Nagafen may be a little impossible with raids camping the quest givers.

Raids camping quest givers is absolutely untrue. Nagafen does not lag any worse then Venekor unless you're in KP with 300 (not exaggerating) people fighitng on the docks. This will fade, soon. And things will be back to what they normally are. Also, while both servers are the same age, I'd garuntee Nagafen has a bigger lower level population. Everyone (including me) thinks Venekor is dying. Nobody will start there except people who already have high level toon on it.

This is someone that was originally from Venekor, and transferred to Nagafen.

OK, so they aren't there specifically to sit on the quest givers, and yet there are literally 300 players on those docks. Good luck getting quests. Do you have any idea how stupid you sounded there Oshef. I suppose stupidity is an asset to a tank.

Yes, Nagafen has more players. That isn't always a good thing though. Venekor is far from dead, and everyone who says it is, is most likely still sitting in KoS camping cloud pads. Spent about 2 hours PvPing tonight, 4 writs completed (keep in mind I'm an Aussie, so I play when the majority of players are offline).

I got 5 writs done within a 10min span yesterday on KP docks. now give it was x8 Qeynos vs x7 of Freeport fighting on top of the writ giver. had i made a macro sooner to be able the hail the Fuatuna, i'm sure i'd got more done. was fun. but shit had it gone on for 2 hours i'd have my pvp bow by now
