Ok, Im tryn to spec my 34 defiler for PVP, I currently have 50 AA and have the INT line completely full with scourge, ie 8 8 8 8 1.

Should I respec and break it down into two lines? and if so which two?

Have fairly high mit, but really not a melee defiler-- Using Wand imbued w/poison bolt n Shield.
Any other recommendations? Willing to try anything!

No such thing as a melee defiler, and you have bigger problem with brigands dispelling your wards and you having the dps of an autistic albino gecko.

Anyways... yeah reroll a Mystic. Melee thru Chieftain in the Shaman Tree and the specs in the Mystic Tree, then get Scourge once you've gone down the Chieftain Line and specced your spells.

With capped AA at lvl 34 you should be doing good as a melee Mystic. You'd have Chieftain finished with the full melee spell specs, and even a bit into getting Scourge... usually people find that getting Scourge earlier on is more useful, but I didn't find it that way with my Mystic (though considering I didn't use it to 1-shot green mages and most who are against me would have), so I decided to reroll and went melee spec first and it was a lot more fun.

That's just me though XD

Personally I would rather have a mystic than a defiler pvping with me, but I would take a warden especially or a templar over either.

both mystic and defiler fail at solo healing in grp vs grp pvp where i find my guildie templars or wardens and even furies to be competitive. And yeah i kno' what i'm saying having played a defiler upto 70 and mystic to 80 then..

nah zacii people who reroll to swash from brig are the ones who suck more than everyone, you should know.

I have 80 defiler and 80 fury he speaks more truth than you do so STFU big mouth and stop calling people out you ezmode exile swash noob

Many situations a fury will do a better job solo healing in PvP due to many reasons; the low focus of defiler, slow casting times of defiler, poor itemization for defilers, enemies applying aoe dots and making them fucking gimp in pvp due to interupts (due to SOE Lame fucking one cure in 10 seconds bullshit).

in grp pvp defilers wards are too weak and they are too susceptible to interrupts.

If the group your fighting leaves the defiler alone however to do as he/she wants then they can do very well (scourge if it lands can change fights too)
