Single Player (Vox/Venekor) or Multiplayer (Nagafen).

It's all about what you prefer, really.

Venekor is fine if all you want to do is occasionally fight people. Unfortunately there aren't enough people here that enjoy PvPing to allow you to be a 'pvper' on Venekor.
However Venekor isn't (yet, our exiles just got into VP) suffering from the huge gear disparity that Nagafen has, so that's a plus.
