they need help with some stuff tbh. Being completely truthful, as a brigand I have NEVER lost to a shaman in a onevone, and if they are solo healing a group they are done because i can dispell their wards on whoever im targeting.

Lets see, Inq has a power drain too, Inq and Templar both have the casting speed buff your wizard friend had, and all none shaman healers would have been able to do that job better.

Been playing a mystic for around half a year on pvp (rerolled from defiler)..and it has got much better. Well, 1v1..
1) Healers - if they are not a defiler or trash-geared fury, you havent got a decent weapon and such..or you happen not to be in the mellee build..run by

2) tanks - can kill practically every single tank on my server easily, save for one or 2 bruisers, one monk and a guard. And that is only due to the poor gear of my shammy, he is in the alt status and doesn't have access to any raid gear.

3) Mages. Just come up and rape the shit out of summoners and sorc. Our balm ancient teaching makes chanters trivial if timed properly. Rather easy after all.

4) Scouts..forget about beating a skilled ranger. That's impossible. Same for most brigands. Swashies are easier if you manage to pin them down with phalanx and run out of range while Insight on. Takes wise gear management tho (I rely on CC procs a lot). Assasins..if they have their 'nukes' on you only chance is their n00bishness, a good shield and parry adorns. Bards are cake unless they are a mystical dirge, but even those (got just 3 on my server right now) are beatable if you are REALLY lucky and well-geared.

Well, beating most tanks on your server isnt hard considering they are tough to find on naggy at times,lololololololololol. Also, if you EVER kill a brigand then they are horribly terrificly horrible.No offense to you what so ever, our taunts dispell your heals and well, that is how you win.

Overloaded Heal gear + ancestry, that will help you out a ton in group pvp

For solo pvp Control effect procs and damage shield gear is very helpful.

Shaman need a spell casting speed decrease. That would make everything better. End of story.

Agreed. Shaman are basically the last pick for group pvp. It's not like you can actually cast that 5 sec group ward while fighting, especially if someone is on you. Our long casting times make us the absolute worst class for PVP, you can't get the fucking heals off without an interrupt.
