Eventually you can get any size raid into a zone, it just may take a few hours. But I assure you the hours of us griefing them is more enjoyable for us than them.

No, because PvP is more fun than PvE. But instances and the like are still harder on a PvP server because of the exact fact that PvP is involved because it's a PvP server and not a PvE server
