if by equal you mean governing pvp by a different rule set from everyone else, which mind you is kinda the opposite of equality.

is there a different between pve raid instance and pvp raid instance? if not then this thread should be name *official pvp rok contested progression list*. trak and soh should be take out since is already cover under cochy thread.
