- You get "the exiled" behind your name declaring to the world you are one of the cool kids.
Cons:
- Haven NPCs sell items for 50% more than a city.
- Haven NPCs buy your trash for 50% less than a city.
- There are no shared bank slots for your characters--even if you have multiple characters in exile.
- Difficult to PvP with people sometimes as AEs do damage to anybody not in your group/raid--this includes guildies.
- No city housing. Houses can be purchased in Maj'Dul if you want a house (requires faction work + a quest if you want a call to Maj'Dul)
- No purchaseable city signets/clickies.
- No PvP items--it doesnt matter if you purchased them prior to exiling, exiles can not use them.
- Should you ever want to return to a city ever again you will lose every lvl 50+ability you have. (Obviously this means Master 1's as well)
In conclusion: City life is easy life. Exiled life is harder (but i suppose it should be since we're exiled). If you plan on going exile make sure you have a guild ready to welcome you or else your life could be a pain in the ass.

Thanks for the info, it was definately helpful. Basically I have been playing on Oasis for a long time now, and I like to run aroung and gank people while they are playing or harvesting by myself, it really makes me happy to kill them and loot their stuffz.
Any other suggestions for a new person getting into the pvp scene?
