I am leveling a monk, I enjoy seeing "Miss, Parry, Riposte" over and over.

Ok, as a necro, I would say, just run away, lol. Your Undead Tide, pets and dumbfire pets can all be reset by FD. Your fear can be cured with Will of Heavens. TBH, I thought about it, and I just can't see a way to beat them as a necro.

/duel is disabled on PvP servers. You have to be in exile (FFA rules) to fight your friends.

FD/stealth clears most dumbfire/pet aggro. Pets can be re-sent, dumbfires cannot.

Reroll, Necros are the weakest PvP class in the game. And monk are one of the strongest solo. There really aren't that many classes a monk should lose to 1v1 at all, especially if they are decently equipped with immunity pots.
