due to temps Swashies actually have more burst dps since rok. Brigands CAs generally hit for more damage, but now that auto attack reigns supreme, Swashies get bigger burst dps.

No doubt its now brigs, if both need to be up close, brigand reigns supreme. It just makes me sad that swash is so much more fun to play, but I play brigand because i do so much better at it
