Whoa...lotta pinned up hostility there Pudaan. I cant say you dont have a point though...i dont know what it is but maybe MMO's just tend to give people that extra bit of comfort/safety that they need in order to come out & say what they really feel, cuz they're behind a computer screen.

Just my guess...regardless of why though...the environment can be sketchy when it comes to race & shit. You would think that an online game would provide an escape from bullshit like that but...not always.

Hell...in the eyes of most of the cool kids, you even get extra "E-cred" for racial slurs & what not. Shit, some of the ppl i was the closest to in game have spouted the most race charged nonsense on the forums...so whatever. I take it all with a grain of salt and keep bein the best at what i do.

Im definately comin back dude...talked to Broken a few times already and as soon as i get a few things worked out i'll be in game. Probably wont be for another month though...but shit im actually anxious to play again so i cant wait !

If you dont expect them to see the value in making the arena not suck, what makes you think they'd see value in your idea either?

It'd be a lot more cost effective to just fix the crap they already made. By making it desirable to play. I blame the current arena's crappiness on the pve players though. They're so completely against fighting each other that they wont even stand for the idea of other people doing it and enjoying it on their server.

Test this out by mentioning "lets have some pvp options on the pve servers" and all you'll get is people yelling at you "Go back to wow!!" and other crap like that. Those are the true carebears. They're afraid your pvp'ing will give you an advantage over them in pve. They wouldn't want you toping their parse with your pvp skillz!!! ;)

Pvp already gives an advantage over pve seeing as the TSO pvp gear is far superior to 90% of the raid gear and actually gives more crit mit.

YAY! Let's implement ANOTHER INSTANCE to keep people away from the contested zones even more then the existing ones already have! YAY!

If you want battlegrounds, go play WoW. So much more fun when you don't know the killing is coming, vs coming into it. Adds flavor to questing when doing those "kill a bajillion of x monster" things you've been doing for the last 80 levels.
