I thinking of rolling a new character that I disable xp for and stick around the lower levels pvping. I know that I'll slowly level up off of pvp regardless of locking xp. Trying to judge how long I'll remain in the lower teirs. And with that in mind, i have 2 questions:

1. with adventure xp disabled, you still get xp for killing another player, but what if they're on your /recent list?

2. About how much xp do you get for a kill? Assuming they're the same level as me.

I did a test once...a few months back...I started pvping at level 10...with no other xp income.

I soloed most of the time...and I dinged 18 with about 110 kills...I think...maybe it was around 80ish, I deleted him a few weeks ago...

Anyway...you can not stay very long in 10-20. It slows down more in 20-30 and by the time you get 40-60 you can pvp for weeks and not level too quickly...


From the best of my knowledge you will only get experience if:
The enemy is above 50% health
They are not on your recent list

Hard to say exactly how much xp you will get. Depends on their level/hp and maybe some other unknown factors.

Just a tidbit of advice - Remember to lock quest xp, because to pvp like a god in the lower tiers you need AA, and need to quest to get it. Quest xp in low tiers now can be almost 10% a turn in if you have vitality.

if you're going to pvp on a lowbie, best do it in a marathon.

get all the gear and spells ready that you're going to use, and when you make the character grind him to lvl 10 on xp only, so that your vitality is zero when you hit 10.

fuck the aa.. just go out and pound faces in till you hit lvl 20 then go get AA. you'll get a lot more kills in/level that way.

dont put the toon away.. keep playing it and keep the vit down. make sure you disable the xp bonus.

then kill yourself because T2 pvp is a fucking joke

You either die nonstop in pvp or you just play at wierd times. I went from level 61-63 in 2 days about a week ago on nothing but pvp kills. Then again it was roughly 700 kills

Yea...I noticed it was worse than what I thought when I pvped straight for a few days on one char...

My estimation was a bit scewed because I have about 12 pvp chars and often switch between them, sometimes multiple times in one session.

I have something they call ADD. Altitis Damnit Damnit!

But yea, your pic always bothers me too. It looks like a girl with no chest.
