Infamy is now, just like everything else in the game. At first it was for the skilled and the exploiters, now everyone gets it just for doing it~ skilled or not, most likely someones gonna jump in even if you die and get you infamy.

I was AEing, leaving the zone, turning in a writ and getting a new one, coming back and getting updates when someone else killed people I had AEd before I left the zone (Died and res of course). Actually got titles on my necro that way...

BTW~ I changed my mind. I think its gonna stay this way because SOE always makes things so the average skilled players can enjoy the same rewards the skilled/dedicated players do~ eventually....

Agreed, And im from Vox......so i think this is more of a Solution for The Non-Nagefen pvp servers.
in Naggy pvp is Unavoidable in ANY zone including the Sewers and QH.

New Fame rule = More pvp, No Running away ( those who run from a fight lose fame )
But unfortunately it means n00blets have Hunter titles as well as Non-n00blets.
Slayer is harder to keep and Overseer? lol... if you dont pvp every 2 minutes you lose it.

EQ2Players says I'm close to Master though.

And fame is legitmately nothing, yesterday it took me about 30 seconds to kill a troub monk duo, master kicky and dreadnaught something troub. That never would have happened if people had those titles before the change, I probably wouldnt have even engaged them tbh.

Only works for those last higher titles.

If you're an Overseer and closer to Master than Overlord, you get listed as a Master when you look up your character. If you're closer to Overlord as an Overseer, you get listed as Overlord. There is no "Overseer" title for your EQ2Players character profile.

So you don't get exact numbers about where you are, but I can speculate that I'm very close to Master because it showed me as Master on EQ2Players a few days back, and I haven't PVP'd much at all since then.

gotcha, I didnt realize that about overseer, last I knew that only worked for general way back when they first implemented it.

Works for everything except Overseer.
Well, maybe it works for others.. but that's the only one it's clearly obvious with since it doesn't support the Overseer title.

Im sorry. But im talking about VOX!!!! The Emptist Server in EQ2, Pvp is Hard to find. ( gasp!!)
So in Naggy you pvp SO much that you CAN accumulate enough fame to keep your Title for a Week......I really appologize ( no sarcasm intended) but when i thinkk........im thinking in the Vox World. Srry.
