ok here is the trick :
you go into enchanted lands - the place where the fish for hq spawns.
jump into the middle of the pond - it is important that you jump off the ledge
of the little plank and exactly hit the middle of the little pond.
to calculate the exact spot you need to turn arround yourself for three
and a half times while crouching hitting repeadetly space bar or your
assigned key for jump.
an invisible message will appear showing the exact waypoint so you can easily
type /way + what was written in that invisible message in order to get help hitting
the exact middle point of the point.
when you did that evac three times and you can use the combat art 9 times
in a row without cool down.
