I think I should be able to hit Urinate and have 5k noxious dots spray in a frontal AE. Maybe when moving, the AE cone could sort of sway left and right, coating all before me in doom.

yeah, everyone knows that the only decent pvp spells have a recast of less than 10 seconds.
