Sparkling Spiked Straps + magi shield + enhance: magi shielding

this used to be bugged, and would not properly replenish the "15 Damage Shield" adornment (T3)

meaning after you equip the adorned item, it would add 15 to your overall damage shield , but after you are hit once and it starts to replenish, the shield would only restore back to the amount granted BEFORE you equipped the adorned item. So the only way around this was to take off the shoulders and put them on again after every time you got hit :/

thinking about re subbing and wondering if anyone knows if this is still a problem

Why bother with spiked anything for a caster? If someone is beating on a sorcerer its already screwed up. Mid tiers is seriously tilted towards the sorcs.
