Hey guys,

Completely new to PvP adn I rolled a wizard. I have in STA line: 44881, with manashield. Still not sure what other line in KOS I should go down, but I have the manashied taken cared of.

My question is not about gear, whether I am tier 2 or tier 9, but purely tactics, and strategy.


Do I cast manashield, then during those 30 seconds it is up throw my stun, then root, then nuke? Also, I'm trying to figure out if I should use ice spears first, then stun, root, nuke? I noticed it lands a pretty good debuff for my fire and ice spells to be more effective.
I have 8 points in the 4th line in STA tree KOS so that really reduces resists, correct?


I am playing as a solo wizard, and have STA maxed. WHat other lines for solo PvP shall I go down? Manaburn, Ice, Fire, and in KOS AGI or STR?

Anyways, go to the "Eq2 Forums," next time, that's where stuff actually gets discussed.

To help out since you're new, NEVER cast manasheild when you begin in a pvp fight. Usually I cast ms when im at 10% or below or when I know it's a class where I'll have to open up with it earlier (aka brigs..warlocks..etc.) I usually open up with temp buffs/root/debuff/nukes/dots. Try to keep them as far away as possible from you, IF they are every scout class except ranger, every fighter class, inq, warden, and mystic.. You want to use MS as an emergancy, and try to conserve a lot of power as you fight especially healers.
