Some people even focus mostly on grouping, crafting and or raiding and didnt care much about Pvp till a certain point.
Even on a pvp server, you DONT have to pvp. Its kinda hard to avoid it and you will be assmunchies for others, but pvp is not a must.
So nothing wrong with him asking for some info to improve the pvp version of his toon..
by the way... Just because you play on a exchange server, doesnt mean your toon is bought. Like I said, some people played their toons for other reasons till a certain point in ones account life

Probably about as far as you would get running with a healer who doesn't know how to heal because they bought an account
