    Default Mercs in PvP

I know everyone rages about mercs, so here's at least some good news:

Update Notes: Thursday, February 23, 2012

    MERCENARIES

Mercenaries should do much less damage in PVP combat. This should have no affect PVE combat.
I'm guessing people will be switching to healer mercs again.

Heal nerfs are coming after. I'd be more interested in rez getting nerfed than heal. Or Sanctuary.
Mercs didn't heal for shit anyway.

Even things like Dispatch or Debilitate from Brigs, even if they do no damage, are still going to apply the debuff.
