What is the best way to have ACT alert me if the healer is taking agro?

I play an assassin and have no trouble taking agro from the healer .. especially useful if the tank is feared.

Get a tank that doesn't suck for 1 ;-)

But you could set up a custom trigger to tell you whenever a healer gets hit, but you would have to make one for like every healer in the raid or group, and would just get annoying more than it would help IMO

I just stopped worrying about it. I was pulling agro off of a healer and died a few times.. did I get a thank you?

Nope. Stupid assassin.. control your agro!
