Default Timer Repeater v1.0.2.3

Will clear and repeat a spell timer when it hits zero if it has "repeat" or "repeat combat" as the tooltip entry.

Download

Changes for v1.0.1.2
Fixed a bug that cause the timer to only repeat once and play warning sounds once. The repeating timer tries to inherit recast mods for the source of the cast.

Changes for v1.0.2.3
Added "repeat combat" checking to only repeat the timer if you are currently in-combat. Added some buttons to the plugin's UI to kill a repeating timer.

Abstract

Say you wanted a repeating 60 second timer. Create a randomly named spell timer in Spell Timer Options... tailor it how you want along with a 60s expiration and "repeat" in the Custom Tooltip field. When you want to activate it, select its entry in the Spell Timer Options window and double-click the actual Spell Timers window. It will count down to zero and restart at 60s. If you want to get rid of the repeating timer, you will have to double-click it when it's displaying 58s. Otherwise known as between 2-3 secs after the timer started.

Well, it wasn't hard to have it look up the spell timer's source for recast mods to use... but I'm not sure if it will work as well as you wish or not. If the mob starts the timer, it will be the source. If you start the timer by double-clicking, "YOU" will be the source. So there may be two timers at that point and you probably won't be TSed.

I am a bit confused as to why you would want this over a normal timer..

If you use Mark of the Serpent from Thet as an example, that hits every 45 seconds. With the detrimental macro it gets picked up fine and you know when it hits.

Why would you want to use a repeating timer then as opposed to a normal one?

Maybe due to the fact that some fights require you to do certain things every X seconds, that dont have an emote/spell involved. What recently comes to mind is freezing the mobs on the final boss in the JW-EA zone.

Getting the following error after I add the plugin and click enable:

TimerRepeatPlugin.cs
Line: 36 - (CS0117) 'Advanced_Combat_Tracker.FormSpellTimers' does not contain a definition for 'GetRecastMods'

Also, is "the repeat" option suppose to show in the timer options window?

Eg. I make a timer call "30 Second Timer" Set the timer for 30 seconds, I should see a check box for repeat?

Have I misunderstood or should double clicking the timer window cause it to restart? If so, it's not working properly and I'd very much like it to if anyone can help.

What would be better would be if I could send some kind of command to ACT to cause it start a timer. I tried this by sending a tell to a custom channel and have ACT pick it up as a triggered timer but for some reason the tell would not always go through (someone suggested it's the spam filter).
