Enlivened Chance Set 3/7 bugged

Since i was lucky today to get the third lava ruby for my gloves and some boot patterns i got my 3rd item and when i equiped it i realized SOE was unable again to fix a bug, that already was reported on beta. Trigger chance of archer's fury only got up from 30% to 31%. I guess the bonus does not add the 5% to the 30%; instead its increasing it by 5%, since 30% * 105% = 31,5%. Reported it (again!).

No, it's not. Same wording on the EoF Legs and it went up from 30% to 38%. So now it has to go up from 30% to 35%

"Working as intended" is what the dev's always said when rangers were being slapped around by the KoS nerfs. So now whenever there is a Ranger related bug, we just say "Working as intended"

The bonus sucks as is, and as soon as the crit shoulders decide to drop, I'm dropping the bonus.
