Default Crit % question

Hi there fellow archers.

In my constance quest to do the best dps I can for my guild I have a few questions about stats. in this case Ranged Crit %. At the moment I have 55% crit unbuffed so if I use focus aim it goes to 100% with a tatcis potion I got to 108% once I get tradiors crown will be 112%. Now my question is would I be better off droping some ranged crit great to keep it closer to 100% ranged crit in order to get more str. an ranged Dubble attack? I have post a link to my toon so you all can look over the gear I am using atm. any Advice would be appericated. because I think atm My str is lower than it should be.

EverQuest II Players

I as the today just got Kodux's War Leggings to repalce the dragonslayer links.

Thank everyone for the advice.

Default Re: Crit % question

There are a ton of threads in here about this very question. Please read some of those first heh.

Also, Focus only lasts for 15 seconds at most so you should base your math on your non-focus raid buff stats versus with Focus, as those will determine most of your dps heh.

Here's one

Default Re: Crit % question

One thing to remember is 100% crit = 100% crit vs an even con mob. And on raids nothing is every even con so having over 100% should be a goal. Especially once you start hitting VP since the entire zone is orange and high orange con mobs.
