Epic Quest (you can get it from the npc you get the bow from after some time, <1hour, dunno remember exactly). First step is to find a treant and get some ink from him. You can find him near gerome (the frog for language quest) in the southern swamp in fens of nathsar. You have to kill 25 rillisians for him. Next part i guess is to kill tairiza the widow mistress in tomb of thuuga (hints on drachnids in the quest text imho)

Hex might want to make a notation, that when after the item in Seb Lab you have to obtain the 25 gems before the item becomes even visable. Just a side note.

The whole quest line is updated now, there were some errors I wasn't aware of because I never did Raincaller and the quest is bugged out at the moment, so I am stuck. I was depending on all of you to help me update the part past raincaller hand in and I had some mixed information but it is all cleared up now.

To confirm no minimal range.... There is NO Minimal range on this bow at all and better yet all Ranged combat arts also have NO Minimal range when this bow is equiped..

third and fourth epic kill: probably dragons in VP - npc said the 3. and 4. rune are coming from powerful dragons

We did Severclaw with a swash and brigand tanking, well mainly the swash was a kamikaze. But coercer rooted him and we killed no issues.
