so with no minimum range on this bow, how does that affect our DPS options? Would it be more feasible to get 2 good high damage melee weapons and knock out melee auto attacks in between our ranged attacks? or still go through our usual CA rotations. can anyone test this? This also brings up the idea that now maybe having melee double attack bonuses may not be a bad idea too and getting the str line for it's melee crits. Anyone who has this bow, can they do some tests in ACT and see what works out better.

Ranged autoattack and melee autoattack share the same timer, so NO it is not possible to do melee autoattack in between ranged autoattacks. The min range of the bow only makes life a lot easier on that huge hitbox mobs in VP or in some instances or when soloing some shit that wont hurt you that much. It also helps with using the 5m melee CAs since you dont have to stay exact at 5m range so you can use them AND range autoattack.

yay for an RSB upgrade and point blank shot, that is sweet (although it makes coverage even more stupid, can just go ahead and take that off my hotbar now)

I like it a lot really, but am really disappointed that this effect was the workaround for not fixing ammo. I would be a lot happier with lower spread numbers and having the bow work at 100% efficiency with lvl 77+ ammo summoned from it + point blank shot.

but I guess once i get a chance to play with it I'll probably see that its enough to shut me up

Normally i would say, you are just a lazy ass not moving out for coverage, but it might not be worth it (except maybe sniper arrow) to leave the +20% damage spot to do ~20% (with M1 Coverage) more damage on one CA, while losing 10% (you are still within 25m so you do 10% more) damage on 2 (one right before coverage and one after the stealth CA) or more autoattacks (if they are double hits)
