Re: Good News?
Well, in regards to parsing in a raid....I am usually in the top 5 or 6, in the parses. The Swashy that we have, is ALWAYS at the top of the parse, with the exception of a Wizzy going balls to the wall, every so often during a raid. I am usually topped out by the Swashy, then a few mages, a Brigand, then me....If I'm lower then that, then I know that my poisons have worn off, and I need to reapply them. If I'm actually at the top of a Parse, it's a fluke...usually, because we are fighting something that stuns and/or fears, and I manage to resist more often then anyone else. So, I agree that if we are suppose to be able to consistantly top out on the parses, then I'd love to know what I'm doing wrong? I don't have the "best" equipment going....yet. But, I do have a lot of nice gear. I've even gone so far, as to hit up the wall by Tabernacle of Pain, and see what combinations yield the highest DPS...and even with that, it's not a true test, seeing as how, my DPS also fluxuates depending on the group makeup I'm in at the time.
There are many things I feel they could make minor changes to, that would help us out, without swinging us out of balance. 1. Make our HO's so that we can acutally run one, ranged. 2. Give us our Master Strikes at Range. These are two minor examples, that I feel could benefit us. I would love to go to San Diego, and sit with the Dev's, and show them the reality of our class vs. what they think we are capable of.
