I think the BoTH is more situational now than required as it used to be.

However, that being said, what are you going to replace it with?

Other weapons don't proc off ranged... Only other weapon with decent stats that you might want for ranged at the moment? Soulfire Sabre? +5 dps.....

+12 dps adornment on Bow

+12 dps adornment on Neck

+7 dps on set gloves

+25 BoTH proc

+31 Str Ring Proc

+15 Cloak of Marr Proc

+10 Stone Weapon Adornment (You cannot use the +15 dps temp adorn stone on the Maestro's Flame as it isn't level 75, so don't even bother saying it.)

That puts you at 112 dps self-buffed with no group procs if everything is going off at once (not uncommon). Diminishing returns really kicks in about 125, so if you had a coercer or did not have an illusionist for any significant haste, it would be pretty easy to toss the str ring for the agi ring and +31 haste on a proc.

I would say use both, but with our self-haste buff and diminishing returns, with a single haste item and the haste buff from the ring you are into diminishing returns territory already... couple that to the fact that there are some really nice rings out there you probably wouldn't want to give BOTH slots up to.

It's interesting to see a proliferation of + Double Attack items, and it looks like someone forgot our AA line when they made the new double attack potion, that or we're finally getting some McLovin because the new set gear doesn't exceed the +10 Ranged DA of the T7 Set gear...

Actually going to switch out the Cape of Kor'Sha this week and give it a whirl instead of Valor, will be nice to get rid of the DT wrist for a while.
