I was wondering what some of the pieces u guys have with Range Crit and Ranged DA on them are. I'm searching for some motivation to look for new equip and a reason to stick around.

some t1 and t2 pieces have 4 and 5 crit on them, there is collection gear, faction gear, or some drops (trooper scale boots)

With the best gear and grp setup I remember you might get 76 ranged DA (i did not include the green dragon gloves, since the Ranger Gloves of Enlivened Chance are obviously better) permanently and up to 94 ranged DA with all procs up.

Personally i have 21 ranged DA solo atm (ring, bracelet, mythical bow) and usually get a troub and illu (with mythical weapon) -> 61 ranged DA

What is the best set up for DPS?
Ranged items
Double attack items
Crit items
Combat arts items

For example would a +10 to ranged +2 crit chance bracer put out more DPS then a bracer with +50 combat art?

Do melee crits and double attack items help with DPS on the bow or just our swords and daggers?

Personally i dont give a shit for ranged skill on items anymore - items with that are rare anyway - if they have skill on them, its ok, if not but some crit, dps, ranged DA whatever i'll take em.
Simple rule: ranged DA > ranged crit > combat art damage

If you referring to the leaf rot bracers and the one from protectors... take leaf rot, 2 ranged crit is much more powerful than 50 ca dmg for a ranger.

Melee crit helps for criting our melee CAs (bloody reminder is one of the highest parsing CAs we have). double attack (i.e. melee double attack) has zero value for a ranger, since in the normal case you wont swing your melee weapon any time.
