OK, I just got another bracelet that I am considering wearing in replacement of my Amulet of Foresworn (+23 haste). If I do, I need to get haste from somewhere else. These are my options as I see them:

Current set-up:
Desecration Band +1 RC +2 RDA
AoF +23 haste
Cloak of Valor
Cinch of Harmony

My problem is I want to add the Spiny Nettle Band + 2 RC.

If I lose my haste, AFAIK, I can replace it with these two easy items:

The crafted cloak
or Baldric of the Di'Zok Warlord

The problem:
The cloak will replace Valor. Is the DPS more important?
Or the baldric will replace my Cinch of Harmony. The Baldric has no strength

Should I stay with current set-up and bag the nettle band or one of the other set-ups?

I went with the Baldrick for waiste slot so i could keep the Marr cloak on.. The marr cloak procs like mad adding 50 str so imo its a better set up..We lack str so anyhing we can equip with str is beneficial.

The baldric has not strength though . Any other opinions?

Valor is one of the best, if not the best cloak for us. I've not had the urge to change it.

You want to keep your waste slot open for the PR belt or better.

Ring slots make a useful slot for haste if you can find some, off the top of my head I think Wuoshi drops one that is still decent.

War Mantle of Rallos is best cloak for Rangers imo, i just got the crit elsewhere besides needle band, its only 2 crit. I just kept my dt item since its only 5 haste your gaining from baldric anyway. Got that gay Krup Belt 1rc +42Ca for now . i guess id rather loose 1 crit then loose all that str and anything else you can get from a nicer belt at least for now.If it were wrist slot item that had 4crit i might go baldric but 1 crit isn't all tha much to sweat over imo
