Going Exile

Got a question about exile. I finally decided to make the leap and get the Zek cloak because I am sick of my positioning being fubar'd by the enlarge on the Marr. I have several questions:

1. I want to confirm the cloak does proc off of ranged?
2. Can i exile in PvE?
3. I dont want to betray, just exile and live in Maj Dul. Will I lose my masters?
4. Finally, my guild raids t2 now. It will be awhile b4 I see t4 prolly, are there any cloaks in t2 that are better than the zek cloak that I should just wait for?

Yes, Zek Cloak does. Yes you can Exile in PvE. Yes you can do that, and not lose your masters. And no, there is no cloak better that drop in-game except the Cloak off Byzola, except maybe the TNT Cloak for power.

A question I probably should have asked:

Can you worship Zek while you are in exile? Or do actually have to be evil?
