Just trying to get some imput from other Rangers. I personally have taken it off of my bar. Do other raiding rangers use repeating arrows. If so, when?

Oh hell. Can't even convince myself anymore. With the RoK changes, we're simply shooting too fast and too strong to even try to make it work anymore. Quite honestly, it hasn't worked really since T6. One sorry and forgotten CA that desperately needs a total rework.

Kinda pisses me off too, cause I have to wonder, we finally got so many things changed. All except this. Is that because Aeralik didn't care that much about it, or we simply said nothing about it and left it ignored? At least they fixed the hawk....

Swashys are in the same boat with their Hail of Steel line (very same concept, but with Throwing Weapons). Of course, I can see why they might not care as much, being a melee class and all.

I heard Aeralik hates swashy's and if he fixed Stream to be useful he'd have to fix Hail of Steel too. So he was like fuck that shit I'm leaving it broken. I fixed enough ranger crap they can deal with keeping one uesless skill.

Well honestly, the best fix to stream of arrows is to change it to a new CA... But what other cool skill can you give someone for an ANCIENT skill that isn't straight damage? I mean look at how they fucked up amazing arrow.

Things that would be cool with stream of arrows would be if it could be a 10 second temp buff that removes all situations for your situational attacks.
i.e., <Hit the New Skill> <10 seconds of free reign on back shot, hidden shot, long stab, ranger blade, etc>

Another thing that would be cool would be if it would change max range and min range for a certain amount of time, but I really don't know how useful that would be considering how easy it is to abuse the sweet spot.

But what I am trying to get across is that STREAM NEEDS TO BE SOMETHING DIFFERENT because the mechanics behind it will always be fucked. You can't have a skill that lets you do nothing and net great damage.

At the very least it should allow you to cast stream on the run and fire off CA's and Auto attacks while it is going.

10 seconds of improved proc rate, or hell make it 100% at master 1 and never give us an upgrade, seems like it could be a pretty ancient teaching to me.
