Basic Mid-Game(ish) Advice Please! - Page 2

Hi Febrith,

Thanks for the tips... have settled on sticking to MC gear and will concentrate on hiking up through the levels.

It makes sense to concentrate extra funds on keeping arrows, poisons etc stocked and up-to-date.

You ARE right though, I DO feel quite uber... even on an hour a night... my friend's Wizzy can't bear it when I bow-pull some mob and crit off the pull... makes him turn green at the edges (and he's NOT a froggy!)... then after I stun and back-slap his ass (mob, not wizzy), I am kind enough to let him finish it off for me...

...BUT, on the other hand, they didn't give us 'Evac' for nothing!!! Gotta love it when I'm solo'ing and feeling super-UBER >> 'I know, why don't I take out that ^^^'...AARRGGHH!! /sprint... /evac!!

But really, thanks for all the advice guys... kinda disappointed that no-one even called me a moron or anything tho!!

Solo'ing and kiting will become ten times easier for you in a few levels. Once you pick up Leg Shot and can get some AA points into it to reduce the recast kiting becomes a cakewalk. At that point instead of running and evacing from those ^^^ you'll just laugh as it dies and never comes close to you.

As far as bows goes just stick to the MC tell you get high enough to pickup Rain Caller and then the group Fable after that. Same with other gear just wait tell you get close to the level cap. Even at an hour a day you be in your 70's in no time. It's just not worth dropping tons of plat on early level gear with how fast you out level it.

Thanks... am keeping my eye on when Raincaller becomes viable for me with guild assistance...

ps, Thanks Ranja... now I feel like I've really landed on the flames forum ... still I'm surprised some of the other morons haven't mentioned betraying by now!!!!!
