Never noticed that, but +CA dmg does definetly affect quickshot. Offstance itself does not reflect that by displaying but after running a few tests on some mobs with and without any +CA dmg gear I can confirm, that +CA dmg does work for offstance like for an AoE. 1/3 of the +CA dmg is added to every hit.

it seems fixed now maybe, my quickshot is 950 ish solo now, and i dont even have master, or maybe my str is higher, lol i dunna.

Same as before: 1/3 +CA dmg is added to quick shot and spell description does not display that.
