Default non-rading Ranger Goup dps?

I have a question that i can't seem to find the answer to. What kind of dps should a non rading ranger with the fabled tallon and no myth gear be doing in a group? I can't raid as my connection always seems to drop (i have to play on a Phone air card). I currently have t1 shard armor and various jewlery from TSO and RoK and 162 aa. Typicaly i parce 2-3k zonewide, but that sees so gimp when i see 7-8k here. I soloed all the way to 80 and now i'm trying to get the group thing down. Any help would be great.

oh my aa's are Predator
STR 4 4 4 8
AGI 4 6 4 8 1
INT 4 6 4 8 1

Ranger
Poison 5 4 5 1
Focus 3 5 5 5 1
Multishot 5 5 5 5 1 (0 in stream of arrows)

Shadow
General 5 food, 5 harvest
Scout 5 Quick Strike 5 Offensive Prowess 1 Evasive
Predator 5 Insidious Strike 5 Cut Arteries 5 Crit Mastery 1 Noxious and 1 in SoH cuzz i thought it might be like the buff in eq1, i was wrong but left it to wait to respc after i got some input on where i need to move points.

Any help would be great, oh i don't have a set cast order I have tried to do the ones i see here but in a tso group i tend to never get to use the orders after the first few mobs as timeing seems to get all jacked up. So plz any pointers would help.

In groups most mobs die fast if it is a good group so need to pick your CAs for casting. If you don't have ACT get it to time AA. Also use Caustic poisons, tugor, warding and Regimental Elixir of Combat. The Elixir increases RDA %. It will boost on all AAs which is better than elixir of tactics dps wise. Also I hope you have the /auto2 macro or something to take out of melee AA and switch to ranged AA. Use Ferrite Field point arrows as they have a % to hit. You can also get the honing stone or whatever it is called for a 30 min buff on your bow to increase rcrit or rda, can't remember. Typically in TSO groups I get Nox Enfeeb, Vunerability and 4-5 ranged off before the mob is dead. However when I put nox enfeeb on it puts me in ranged aa so I never miss one. I usually put up 3-5k numbers, non-mythicaled in raid but once mythicaled it will jump up alot.

As far as stats go I feel STR, INT, AGI. Some may say STR, AGI, INT but we selfbuff agi anyways so int will help with the poison procs. RDA > RCrit > all else.

Disclaimer: These are my opinions and I do not know everything. Learning as I have if anyone knows a better way let me know.

Do not sacrifice melee crit for extra STR in the STR line--marginal returns on STR gains ~0%.

putting more than 4 points into stats is the most biggest waste of aa imo

I just picked out the most glaringly obvious faux pas in my previous post. The whole suggested setup was pretty horrendous.

So you are saying my setup is crap. What do you propose? Not trying to say you are a dumbshit or flame you just trying to maximize all that I can out of my specs. What is the importance of melee crit if we never melee auto attack? just to gain the extra crit damage on the melee CAs? How much of a boost is the crit for a melee CA?

QFE. Melee crit affects ALL melee CA's, and all melee CA's get crit boost damage in TSO except immobilizing lunge and any achievement CA (bladed opening, etc). If you are not using melee CA's regularly then please see: failtard

See also: ranger parse thread.
