It is interesting that people seem to have forgotten (or never known) that Primal Agility used to be 54% de-aggro. I had the master of it back in DoF..cost me a grand sum of 8pp, which I had to borrow for. Man I was poor up until RoK.

Anyways, the first change to it occurred back when they reduced Thorny Trap's size and position lock, Debilitating Arrow/Storm of Arrows mobile casting aspects (since they were still mobile (as was promised, though not specifically those two) after LU 13). At that time it went from 54 to 41% (-14%), later it got changed again down to the now familiar 27% (again -14%).

I wonder how many recall what it was before it became a deaggro...
I have probably been playing this game too long.

What's the significance of the changes to Baffle and Spy? They're nice but why are they needed?

Alot of us use spy to set up stealth fire so the faster casting will help in relation to that, plus I always enjoy watching it proc potm.

Yeah, that's nice. But considering what else there is in GU51 I'd think it would have smt to do with tank-agro changes. Just can't see what.

pretty much from every thing ive seen about gu51 its basically turning the old %'s into a number leveling the playing field a bit
only problem is the higher you parse
the more your going to die
we are gonna get owned till we get used to it
ill hold back in palace post update till i work out how much it will actually deagro etc etc
and i dare say most will aswell when they get punched in the face by the 1st trash mob
