I am Sta speced and have the belt. But I don't think I've mastered it (I hate being 100% parry and dieing to DoTs) and I clearly don't have the gear to allow me to take many hits from a DPS class. I will work on switching stances, though. On the Q side I don't run into many Pallies but I have heard people say that. SKs eat my lunch. In other words, I still have to stay ranged or die.

I had the belt when I was in the city. I only used it twice (I was also probably among the first to obtain it.). I used it during raids to tank when I would pull aggro.

That thing makes me sick. OP pvp item.

Impenetrable is 100% balanced, it gives you survivability at the cost of dps.

The belt is a crutch noobs use because they are terrible at this game.

Obviously you are terrible at pvp and you need crutches, good for you!
