It's driving me batty, but I can't find anywhere a mention of who drops this! Does anyone know the named or the location where one might stumble across it. It hasn't even been discoed on Vox, so it must be a VERY rare item. Thanks for the help!

This drops from splitpaw series. Not many people even go in these zones,but with the aa crunch you might find some raiding it for aa. I have heard it only drops in the raid portion but i cant confirm it.
