OK, I would like to ask all of those that have had the Full VP set as well as the Full TSO Legendary set a question for those of us not already marching into and through TSO raids, and still acquiring VP Patterns.

Just doing a pure stats compare, wearing the full TSO T2 Legendary set in place of a full VP Fabled Set this is what I found the net of the stats to be.

Mitigation: -698
Health: -645
Power: -795
STR: +48
STA: -55
AGI: -55
INT: -85
RCRIT: -3
RDA: -6
MCRIT: +11
CA Damage: -175
DPS: -2
Attack Speed: -5

Based on Raw stats the TSO T2 Legendary set does not look like the correct choice, but when you throw procs in there, etc, I know it doesnt usually work out that way in actual raids, so this doesnt always tell the whole story.

So....


If you had a full VP Fabled Pattern set and a Full TSO Legendary set in your bags, which would you wear? If you would not wear 1 complete set, which pieces from which set would you wear?

Shoulders and boots are the obvious TSO choices. Take your pick to get your 3 peice bonus.

So what your saying is wear TSO T2 Legendary Boots, Shoulders, and say Hands, and then VP Fabled set for the remaining pieces?

Yep TSO Shoulders, boots and gloves VP Chest, Legs, Helm and I am using Hellfire Armguards still

I have TSO void T1 shoulders/gloves, TSO fabled set forearms, trash TSO fabled chest, ROK fabled head and SoH legs. I am still using trooper boots for the adrenaline. What would be the benefit of loosing thosee or keeping those (ie. adreneline proc vs 3 set bonus). Is the adrenaline boost good until I get my TSO set boots or go with the Void boots? Been mentoring for AA so haven't had time to do alot of shard runs. Guild wants me at 180 (almost there) quick and there are a bunch of names I haven't killed. Once I get that plan on upping the shoulders/gloves to T2. Only killed 2 named (templar trak flagged) in VP so have no set pieces. Also got 2 trueshot t2 void pcs, bangle and cape (used templar shards). Would get more t1 armor if the damn book would drop from TS instances for my templar.

Last ZW from PoTA was 7k on trash. Still fine tuning casting and timing so working on it but alot better than the sub 4k was doing. Some of you have helped me with that so thanks.

Update your T1 stuff and loose the Trooper boots for the fabled TSO. I dont have it in front of me but even the Void boots have RDA. 3RDA perma > 5RDA proc.

What is some data about the dps of the increase of the 3 set bonus?

The 3 set from the T2 legendary void gear is parsing about equal to signet of betrayal and sash of pain, around 3-4% of my zonewide on palace trash. The gloves are actually better then the TSO fabled if you do not have a haste item to replace it.

Pretty sweet proc for pvp as well.

So for those raiding TSO, are the TSO T2 Legendary hands worth putting the fabled ranged crit adorn on?

We are 2 nameds from clearing VP, timer ran out before we could drop silverwing, so wondering if I will be seeing any gloves that are better than T2 Shard Legendary anytime soon.
