What should I replace Rallos Cloak with?

I've been looking to upgrade my Rallos Zek diety cloak for some time now since there is no stats, just the proc.

I don't however want to lose potential DPS. So my question is, what should I be looking to upgrade it with?

The Hate cloak from SoH is an obvious choice, are there any other nice options out there that I'm missing?

The RE2 cloak.

Just finish the SQ questline in TSO and use Antonia's cloak.

Ya I saw that one too Gage, just having a hard time getting groups to work on it.

Either re2 cloak or sig questline (maybe even the trueshot jewelery set, which has a cloak in it if you need jewelery)

Ya, he did. He still comes and hangs out some nights but isn't really playing much.
Not in need of the trueshot jewelry so I'm just going to continue tryingto work the sig quest and hope for the SoH cloak to drop, along with sash of pain.

This is what happens when you don't play for 6 months. Gotta play catch up

The Trak cloak isn't bad either, but I'm guessing you guys don't do him anymore.

May be a silly question. As an Exile is it possible to Finish the Sig quest? I did get the quest before i was exiled

Also, Sig quest cloak Vs. Trak Vs. Byzola ?
