Armor Set Combinations
With all the gear options out there I was wondering what others were wearing for gear. I currently have a full set of T2 and 2 pieces from WoE (which I guess is the T3) but I haven't turned in the T3 pieces yet because I don't want to loose my 5 piece set bonus. I was considering turning them in once I have 3 so I could get 2 of the 3 piece set bonuses to offset the loss of my 5 piece bonus but I'm not even certain they will both work at the same time. Add into that I just got my first piece of VP armor (legs) and I also have the bracers from ToMC and the Dark Mail Gaunts so it's starting to get rather complex which set or combination of sets/pieces would be best.
I have tried experimenting on a training dummy but never get clear enough results to steer me in a particular direction so either my testing attempts are not thought out well and flawed or the difference is negligible. Also, I can't test the 2 3 piece set bonus thing until I have already lost my T2 pieces so there is no way to test it beforehand.
Anyone have any ideas/thoughts/suggestions on set/piece combinations that work well together? What about upgrading your TSO armor? Does everyone collect a full set of patterns before turning them in or do it as they go?
