So I recently got all 3 pieces of the trueshot set and the proc does not appear to be working. I've fought the training dummy 5 times over the course of 10 minutes and not once did the Scathing Magic proc go off. Has anyone else had this issue?

Suggest you post it on the main eq forums (equipment section) and add your ACT parse (Proof helps...ask me).

It does proc because after a zone or raid you can see it on act but the damage is less than desired. Signet of Ethernauts procs almost twice as much. I'm also using the set atm but before GU52 comes out I hope to have them replaced with individual superior pieces due the decline in proc damage.
