ranger mystic pvp group

Ok, me and 3 of my friends are making a ranger mystic PVP group. 3 rangers and one mystic. We were thinking of taking the AA line to get the hookshot to keep the target confused on who to attack. Would this be a good tactic, or should we be focusing our AA in other area's. we are locked at level 14, so should we stay there, or go higher for locking? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

yes and no. Primarily he is the bait, but we also want him to be able to do some damage, and give him some survivability since he will be the main target.

So you are 3 rangers, and a mystic.

Each of the rangers has hookshot, to keep the "target" confused.

So basically what you are saying is, you are 100% slammin' against one single target, because you can always just hookshot him about the place?

What happens when there is one than one target? the only person that is going to be confused then is you, getting decimated by them.

Just because a group is "working great so far" doesn't neccesarily mean it isn't a bad group, a bad group of decent players can work "great" but it just won't be as "great" as a group of decent players in a better group set up.

Get yourself a tank in the group, and some sort of CC maybe, like an enchanter.

I'd replace one of the rangers for a druid healer because a mystic solo healing a group while shit is going down is going to have a very hard time to say the least. Or like the above post says, get yourself a tank to lock down targets.

Ok. ill prolly make a tank then or use my coercer. the hook shot of course i argued would only be for single target, and not great for a group, but i still thought i would bring it up. so what tree should we go down then for max damage?
