Mac, not sure if your comments were directed towards me or strawmen/people but I certainly wouldn't give 90% of our melee ca's priority over ranged ca's. I do like to get in a bunch right at the start of a fight, especially debuffs and the already discussed bloody reminder/ranger's blade. Usually going on a balls out focus aim run at the start makes me into a 12k mt ward. BTW, I am going to steal your hotbar setup

nah, i was talkin to somebody in game and i decided to post it in here, i was doing the same as u but im now leaving focus aim up all the time, i just cast and cancel (the accuracy still stays even if u cancel it), it helped me alot on some fights to hit bloody reminder in, like with the elemental on kultak and switchmaster, it also helps the recast timer so u can keep focus aim up more and hit more melee cas not only ranged.

btw i talked to Safanah yesterday, Aion is prob gonna take her away heh, so i will be kickin and screamin for the throne just want some anashti gear and the essence of accuracy (i feel that anashti is goin down tonight!).

I said that I took a break for playing Aion, but since it turns out to be retarded grinding over questing (and I like questing and hate grinding) I decided to not log in at least until they fix the quest exp.
And I said, im kinda unconcerned about my parses lately - because I hardly raided after last GU and when I did, I just helped killing an avatar on regular offnight or was trying Munzok/Miragul.

But since Munzok and Miragul now have items I need, I cannot quit.

Why not? What does focus aim do to melee CAs? Does it apply to everyone in the group, or just the ranja that casts it?

Vocals

Focus Aim reduces your pierce and slash by almost 200, which means u will suck at hitting. The group buff that increases the skills applies to everyone in group that IS NOT a ranger. Basically unless, u cancel it, it is just a waste of ur time to be meleeing.

I open with.. Snaring Shot, let autoattack fire, Bloody Reminder, Focus Aim + ranged CAs and autoattacks. Seems to work so far.

just cast and cancel it, but dont forget that despite the pierce and slash u still get 25accuracy.

how fast do u go through ur stealth attacks? Would you use them every time u are able to go stealth? Or would you get off all ur ranged ca's first.
