Marr Cloak or Garanel's Mantle

Dps wise, these to me seem to be pretty much even, but does onyone have any thoughts on which is truely better?

Garanel's Mantle if you had to choose between these 2... however, Zek's cloak is far superior to both

Awsome! I had the mantle drop the other night and no one else in group wanted it, so I grabbed it just for extra stats.
But does it proc on epics? The description doesn't say it won't... Guess I'll find out tonight

I don't have Garanel's, so I can't compare the two, but does it proc on epics?

Group DPS isn't something I'm concerned about, but upping my DPS in a raid if even by a percentage is something I'm all for.

its just a damage proc, why wouldnt it hit epics? its only control effects that dont...

With how often the Marr cloak is active isnt pretty much the same argument about DPS vs Vamp proc on bows? Only with more DPS and 50 str too?

I like my marr cloak, the only reason i would swap it out is when i need to fit in a tiny space and when the viagra procs I am too close to bow attack...thats so annoying lol.
