    Default Power proc items

    Yeah we're scouts, dont need much power to do our jobs. However when I die on my bruiser, his power proc items fill him back up while he kills and that is handy!

    So anybody know of a power proc item in DoV that I should be looking to get?

    There are runes (Manalink and Mana Sprinkles), but I don't use either one. I haven't run into innate proc scout items in this expansion yet.

    when i'm having power issues during a fight, i just switch over to mental breach for a little then back to caustic when i'm good.
