Okay, so this is maaaaybe one step up from a true noob question, but I still figure you should know what haste does by the time you hit 70. And then griping about CoF not being suited to mages while having no clue about BCG is just... wow. (Cut out some of the convo where the yellow lines are but it doesn't change the gist of this.)

That would be Magi's Shielding, which all mages get at level 4. The item the person was asking about is this:

It's the reward from the signature quest Koada'Dal Magi's Craft.

The best one on everfrost was when trying to sell class fabled loot. people would link it if they had it and say wanting to sell and some one would say but its no trade.
