Great, so we have officially been fucked twice.

In my business if I fuck up, the customer does not pay. I make it right, no charge. I then offer a discount on future service to show my dedication to getting it right and providing good service. This also provides me with a hell of an incentive to get it right the FIRST time because a fuck up impacts my bottom line.

So what is SOE going to do to make this right? Double XP for players who have level 70s out the ass? /yawn A free couple days on their account? Who the fuck cares. Ohhhhh, I know, a free booster pack to their pathetic card game?

I don't want excuses or apologies, I want a real demonstration by SOE that they are going to dedicate themselves to us the way they ask us to dedicate ourselves to them. I want professionalism, I want quality service. I want what I pay for. Guess that is hoping for too much.

While we're at it... another thing. Where the fuck are the adventure packs that were supposed to come out several times a year? When was the last released? Over a year ago??????

We pay to Beta, we Test for free for them and they ignore us, they release incomplete content and add it in as "bonus content" months later, they break 10 things for every three they fix, they ignore their player base, they stifle any criticism like jackbooted thugs. They poor development dollars into ridiculous card games most players want nothing to do with because their market research says a handful of folks will spend gobs of money on it... development dollars that could go into FIXING the shit that is chronically broken.

I'll almost put money on it not being a result of the "team" in general. There was likely a few people that said "Hey, there are bugs with this thing and we shouldn't let it go live".

Some faggot manager probably ignored them and authorized it anyways.

I bet money he was trying to leave early for the long weekend, and ended up screwing the entire staff.

Any one and all of the of the Dull Cunts that has had anything to do with bringing Splitpaw down on a Friday night over the last few weeks or kept it up but stopped us logging in can get reemed out by a fucking donkey.

Keep the fucking updates/patches to Mondays or any other quiet night according to your no doubt huge data pool on in game play time, then you don't have to constantly fuck things up for me and everyone else on busy nights.

As for your wank piece of shit card game, that you decided in your infinate wisdom to update last Friday evening, I would rather save my money to pay some two bit whore too nosh me off than give you my money so you can fuck me up the ass. You can pay me for that pleasure. Cunts.

Sorry, I try not to get too out of hand, I was far worse in Ventrilo. As a guild leader I try not to post in a way that makes me or my guild look bad... Angry, yeah... Damn Angry, but conspicuous vulgarity for the sake of being vulgar doesn't do much for me. It also doesn't help my blood pressure much either.
